Por lo tanto, es muy importante que haya motivos para confiar plenamente en los resultados de las pruebas realizadas con estos dispositivos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el reciente &#8220;D\u00eda de Correlaci\u00f3n del Deflet\u00f3metro de Impacto Liviano 2019&#8221;, el objetivo era entender si diferentes dispositivos (de diferentes fabricantes o incluso del mismo fabricante) necesitan ser calibrados con diferentes factores para entregar los resultados (casi) exactos, incluso si cada uno de los dispositivos del Deflet\u00f3metro de Impacto Liviano tiene su propia calibraci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida.<\/p>\n<p>Para hacer esto m\u00e1s claro, se compararon los deflect\u00f3metros de impacto liviano de los tres fabricantes Dynatest LWD 3031, Prima 100 y TERRATEST 9000 LWD. Los deflect\u00f3metros de impacto liviano de estos tres fabricantes est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados de acuerdo con las especificaciones ASTM E2583 (EE.UU.), British standard BS EN 1924-2 (Reino Unido) y UNI 11531-1 (Italia).<\/p>\n<p>Se realizaron diferentes series de pruebas utilizando alrededor de 40 dispositivos diferentes de estas marcas, la mayor\u00eda de ellas Dynatest 3031 LWD. El evento tuvo lugar en la sede de Sports Labs en Livingston (cerca de Edimburgo, Escocia) el 11 de junio de 2019 y fue organizado por Michael Gordon, director t\u00e9cnico de WSP Scotland y experto en dise\u00f1o, mantenimiento e investigaci\u00f3n de pavimentos en el Reino Unido. dise\u00f1\u00f3 dos \u00e1reas de prueba diferentes: una interior bajo condiciones de laboratorio y otra exterior bajo condiciones de una verdadera obra en construcci\u00f3n. El lugar de la obra estaba protegida contra la lluvia y el viento por un toldo.<\/p>\n<p>En la obra exterior se simul\u00f3 una prueba de dos capas de grava diferentes con un espesor de 350 mm y 230 mm cada una. La idea era comparar los resultados de las pruebas de dos deflect\u00f3metros de impacto liviano montados en un carro con los resultados de las pruebas de los deflect\u00f3metros de impacto liviano. Cada Dynatest LWD 3031, Prima 100 y TERRATEST 9000 LWD tuvo que realizar 8 pruebas en esta obra con diferentes m\u00f3dulos de esfuerzo. En cada posici\u00f3n las pruebas se hicieron con 100, 40, 60 kPA. Estas pruebas ten\u00edan que realizarse exactamente en la misma posici\u00f3n en la que los dos deflect\u00f3metros de carga din\u00e1mica hab\u00edan hecho las pruebas anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea interior de prueba bajo condiciones de laboratorio se construy\u00f3 con dos placas de goma diferentes de 80 x 80 x 10 cm tomadas de la pista de tart\u00e1n de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Londres 2012 y un cubo de 100 x 100 x 100 cm lleno de grava compactada. Aqu\u00ed se llevaron a cabo diferentes series de pruebas, con diferentes m\u00f3dulos de presi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n, de nuevo 100, 40, 60 kPA.\u00a0En cada posici\u00f3n se tuvieron que realizar tres pruebas con diferentes m\u00f3dulos de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del evento, todos los usuarios proporcionaron los resultados de sus pruebas en formato CSV al organizador Michael Gordon. \u00c9l comprobar\u00e1 a fondo si los diferentes Deflet\u00f3metro de Impacto Liviano Dynatest LWD 3031, Prima 100 y TERRATEST LWD 9000 ofrecen resultados de prueba casi id\u00e9nticos bajo esas condiciones tan variadas.<\/p>\n<p>Todo el despliegue y la organizaci\u00f3n de este evento internacional fue muy profesional.
